DIN45 Vented Cap ( Degassing cap , breather cap) - Solution for Managing Overpressure
The DIN45 Vented cap is a sealing element equipped with a special ventilation membrane that regulates the internal pressure of tanks, canisters, and bottles. It is specifically designed for substances that release gas during transport or storage, or that undergo volume changes due to temperature fluctuations.
The cap operates with a built-in gas-permeable PTFE membrane that allows air/gas to pass through while preventing liquid leakage and the entry of external contaminants.
- The structure of the membrane allows only gases to pass through, so liquid cannot escape.
- Prevents the container from collapsing or inflating, especially with hazardous materials.
