DIN61 Vented cap ( Gas-Permeable , Venting Cap) - Solution for Overpressure
The DIN61 Vented cap is a closure with a special venting membrane that ensures the regulation of the internal pressure of containers, canisters and bottles. It is specially designed for materials that emit gas during transportation or storage or cause volume changes due to temperature changes.
The cap operates with a built-in gas-permeable PTFE membrane that allows air/gas to pass through while preventing liquid leakage and the entry of external contaminants.
- The membrane structure only allows gases to pass through, so liquid cannot escape.
- Prevents the container from collapsing or swelling, especially with hazardous materials.
- Extra permeable/chemical-resistant membranes (recommended for materials that produce a lot of gas, such as bacterial fertilizer)
